$246,000 Donation to India-Cambodia Friendship School: Pratibha Patil 
$246,000 dollars to the India-Cambodia Friendship School, a primary school located at Trea Sar (Triyasar) village in one of the interior districts in the Kampong Chan (Cumponchan) province in Cambodia.
Speaking at a meeting of the school held in Phnom Penh, the President has announced donation for the up gradation and providing facilities such as library in the school.
Stating that Educations has been focussed for Human Resource Development ever since it attained independence, she said it would consider this school special as the cooperation is being extended to youngsters only through this school.
