Responsibilities :-
You will be part of IELTS counsellor team. You will handle customer and student enquiries (phone, walk-ins, on-line) for in-house English courses, responsible for procedures in placement test, class enrollment, class opening, etc.

- Experience in educational business is an advantage
- Hard working and patient
- Computer literate
- Able to work on shift basis (5 days a week)
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good team player, ability to take the initiative & service-oriented
- Good personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Location Chidlom Head Office and Salaya branch
