University of Southampton School of Law offers LLM scholarships to Thai students

School of Law at University of Southampton, is offering seven scholarships worth £6750 each for international students. The scholarships are open to students from Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Panama, Thailand, Venezuela and Vietnam.

The student applying for the course must demonstrate high academic merit. The deadline to apply for the scholarships is 31 May 2011 and the applicants selected for the scholarships will be notified by 14 June 2011.

The University is highly regarded as a centre for educational excellence, ranking nationally amongst the top 20 university in various tables, and regularly rated in the top 10 of the National Student Survey.

Southampton University’s School of Law is at the heart of a busy, attractive campus, with many new facilities including library and sports centre. There are also more than 200 sporting and social clubs and societies, including the jazz dancing club, performing arts clubs, and the Debating Society.

Southampton is the largest city in the county of Hampshire on the south coast of England, and is situated 120 kilometers south-west of London and 30 kilometers north-west of Portsmouth.
