BANGKOK, 13 August 2010 (NNT) – The Department of Export Promotion (DEP) will organize the “Thailand International Education Expo 2010” in November with an aim to exhibit Thailand’s potential as an educational hub of ASEAN.

According to DEP Director-General Srirat Rastapana, the “Thailand International Education Expo 2010” would be held under the theme “ASEAN’s Hub of Learning, the Heart of Global Network”. She said the event would provide a golden opportunity for entrepreneurs in the field of international education service to show their potential to students and parents as well as educational representatives and businesspersons, both Thai and foreign.

Ms Srirat further said the event would be a great chance for entrepreneurs to launch new and innovative educational programs and related products as well as to build a network of partnership with others from around the world.

The “Thailand International Education Expo 2010” will take place during 19-21 November at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. At least 230 booths will be set up in the event. Entrepreneurs who are interested in joining the expo can contact the DEP Hotline 1169 for a space from now until 31 August.
