New hires in Korea's Public Corporations will need TOEIC scores of 700-800 in 2011

Public Corporations' Starting Income Expected to be KRW25 Mil-30 Mil Next Year The average income of starting employees in state-owned-enterprises next year is expected to range from 25-million to 30-million won or roughly 22-thousand to 26-thousand US dollars.
The Ministry of Strategy and Finance announced on Thursday that among 78 major public corporations, 81 percent of the enterprises were looking to offer roughly 25-million won.
A large number of corporations are planning to hire more workers next year.
24 of them are set to at least double the number of new employees while 37 enterprises are expected to triple their new hires.
The institutions will not apply GPA and credit restrictions, but job seekers will need an average TOEIC score between 700 and 800.
