Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Service minded, hard working and high responsibility
- Knowledge in computer MS Word, Excel
- Good command of English.
Responsibilities:-
- Assists Senior Account Receivable and Senior Account Payable in preparing special reports as requested.
- Assists Cashier and Senior Account Receivable on their jobs in case of urgency, loaded or absence.
- Responsible for verification of Campus Development Fund fee account during closing of accounts.
- Reconcile all school fees income and Campus Development Fund fee account on a monthly basis.
- In charge of school’s promissory Note , calculate interest payable, withholding tax and/or prepare to refund for each tranche when its maturity.
- Others accounting jobs as per assignment by Senior Account Receivable , Senior Account Payable, Assistant to Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager.
