The Chevening Scholarship Scheme offers the chance for successful candidates to undertake fully-funded study at a university in the United Kingdom. It is aimed at highly motivated, extremely capable individuals who have already made an impact in their chosen career. In Iraq, it is funded by the United Kingdom's Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and the BP Foundation, and administered by the British Council.
