IT Technical Support
Furlong was established in the UK in 2003. Since then the company has grown from strength to strength. Furlong software is now used in over 160 independent schools from the UK to South America, and across mainland Europe and Asia. There are now schools in China, The Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand using the SchoolBase® operating software.
SchoolBase® is the tailored Management Information System designed for international schools. It has online portals delivering information to parents, pupils and staff, and it is backed up by a comprehensive and highly functional in-school database.
Interest in Thailand has grown and to support the number of schools now using it in Bangkok, we seek to employ a full time IT technical support.

The position is full time and will be based at Bromsgrove International School Thailand’s main campus at Windsor Park Golf Club at Suwinthawong Rd, Minburi. Work at other International Schools in Bangkok will be required.

- Bachelors degree in IT or a similar field
- Excellent level of English, both spoken and in writing
- 2 years of more of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role
- High level of knowledge in a windows network environment including familiarity with SQL Server and Microsoft Access databases is a plus
- Skills in hardware and software troubleshooting and technical problem solving
- Access to own transport
- Positive attitude, commitment, and the ability to work across different school locations in Bangkok
The position is full time and will be based at Bromsgrove International School Thailand’s main campus at Windsor Park Golf Club at Suwinthawong Rd, Minburi. Work at other International Schools in Bangkok will be required.
