Manager (Registrar) - Vietnam Campus

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Scope:

• Reporting to the General Manager (Student and Academic Services) in Singapore, you will be based at our Vietnam Campus in Ho Chi Minh City.
  
  
• Process all student applications and admission matters.
  

• Responsible for student record system, maintain accurate and timely updating of student information.
  

• Monitor student progress and process graduation matters.
  

Requirements:

• A good degree in any field, with at least 2 years of work experience.
  
  
• Excellent administrative skills, meticulous with paper work and processes.
  
• Self-motivated and very hardworking.
  
• Able and willing to relocate to Vietnam for at least 2 years.
• 
  
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
  

Renumeration and Career Path:

• Basic Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,500 depending on experience.
  
  
• Accommodation in Vietnam will be provided by company.
  
• Career advancement: Opportunity to progress on to a senior managerial position after 2 years.
